Sweet Mississippi Tea Festival

As director, I led a team of talented creatives in crafting and disseminating marketing materials. Additionally, I collaborated with photographers and videographers to capture captivating preliminary marketing visuals, providing strategic guidance to ensure the festival's overall aesthetic vision was achieved. Dillard University

To boost local student enrollment by 10%, I spearheaded the development and design of a dynamic marketing strategy. For the creation of the "Brilliant Leaders, Brighter World" campaign, I used a multi-layered approach. Beginning with an outlined map of the Gentilly area in Illustrator, I added textures and gradients to evoke a nostalgic, aged aesthetic. In capturing student portraits, I utilized off-camera flash to give them a sense of vibrancy and presence. Subsequent editing involved enhancing clarity while adjusting saturation levels to maintain a balanced, appealing visual tone.

These creative decisions were informed by insights from a student focus group we conducted, ensuring that the campaign resonated authentically with our target audience. By leveraging these strategies, we successfully positioned Dillard University as both prestigious and accessible, fostering a compelling narrative that resonated deeply with prospective students.

Pearl River County SPCA

I recently undertook a complete rebrand for the Pearl River County SPCA to elevate their presence and enhance their impact in the community. This rebranding included the creation of a new, modern logo and a comprehensive branding package, including a cohesive color scheme of navy blue, green, and orange, and the friendly and timeless Futura typeface. This fresh visual identity aims to convey trust, compassion, and hope, aligning perfectly with the SPCA's mission. Additionally, I assist them with their social media strategy, creating engaging and informative content that highlights their mission, showcases adoptable pets, and encourages community involvement.

Currently, I am in the process of building their new website, designed to be user-friendly, visually appealing, and informative. The website will feature essential functionalities such as easy navigation, a dedicated section for adoptable pets, information on how to donate and volunteer, and resources for pet owners. This new online presence will not only boost their visibility but also streamline their operations, making it easier for the community to engage with and support the Pearl River County SPCA. Through these efforts, we aim to create a strong and consistent brand that reflects the organization's dedication to animal welfare and resonates with their supporters.
